I lead frontend teams — and grow the people in them. Deeply technical, but the work I'm proudest of isn't code: it's the engineers who outgrew the roles I hired them for.
Ten-plus years across frontend and creative tech — Dublin innovation labs, a Tokyo product team, a studio I co-founded back in Poznań. Somewhere along the way I figured out that the highest-leverage thing I do is turn a room of juniors into specialists who lead.
I'm a certified Design Thinking Facilitator who's just as happy in a TypeScript diff as in a 1:1. I like legible systems — for codebases and for careers — which is why I keep building tools that make invisible things visible.
